昭平县新型职业农民培育现状及对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasures of New Skilled Farmer Training in Zhaoping County

大力培育新型职业农民是深化农村改革、增强农村发展活力的重大举措,是构建新型农业经营体系、着力解决新的历史条件下"谁来种地、怎样种好地"重大战略问题的必然要求。广西农业广播电视学校昭平县分校作为新型职业农民培育体系的主体,从2015年开始组织实施新型职业农民培育工程,取得了很好的培训成效。该文介绍了昭平县新型职业农民培育的现状,分析了存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Cultivating a new type of skilled farmer is a major move to deepen the rural reform and boost the development vigor in rural areas.It’s also the prerequisite for building a new type of agriculture management system and solving the major problem‘who is going to farm and how to farm well’under the new historical situation.As a part in building a new type of agriculture management system,Guangxi Agricultural Radio and TV school,Zhaoping campus has been implementing the new skilled farmer training project,which has received great results.This article introduces the current situation of new skilled farmer training project in Zhaoping County,analyzes the major prob?lems of this project and offers corresponding advice
