煤矿顶板支护锚索辅助供送装置研究 被引量:2

摘要 锚索支护是煤矿巷道支护的一种主动支护手段,其特点是承载能力大,安全可靠。近年来在我国得到迅速发展并广泛应用,尤其是在矿山巷道支护、边坡治理、建筑基坑护壁等工程上。目前现有的装备大多以掘锚一体机或者气动锚杆钻机的方式存在,而我国大部分工矿现场主要还是人工穿锚索。文中基于煤矿顶板支护锚索辅助供送装置的研究,对其装置的供送机构、防倒转机构、驱动机构,传动机构等进行了设计,亮点是单元框架结构,双重防倒转机构和可调节支架的设计,能够在支护的过程中起到减少工作量,降低劳动强度,保障安全,明显提高效率等效果。文中设计的装置以便于操作,在不同环境中适应性更强,结构小巧,装拆方便,维修方便等为目标开展了一系列研究。 Anchor cable support is an active support method for roadway support in coal mine.It is characterized by large carrying capacity,safety and reliability.In recent years,it has been rapidly developed and widely used in China,especially in the mine roadway support,slope control,construction foundation pit wall and other projects.At present,most of the existing equipment are digging and bolting machines or pneumatic bolting rigs,while most of the industrial and mining sites in China mainly use artificial anchoring cables.Based on the research of coal mine roof support cable auxiliary feeding device,this paper optimizes the design of the device of the feeding mechanism,anti-reversing mechanism,a driving mechanism and transmission mechanism,which is able to reduce the workload in the supporting process,reduce labor intensity,ensure safety,improve efficiency.In this paper,a series of study has been carried out in order to realize the goal of operate,more adaptable in different environments,compact structure,convenient assembly and disassembly,convenient maintenance,etc.
