摘要
从MBD装配数据集管理、基于MBD的飞机装配工艺规划和仿真等方面,介绍了飞机装配技术的研究和发展现状以及应用前景。基于MBD的飞机数字化装配技术能够在飞机产品设计阶段,通过装配仿真对装配工艺进行分析和优化,从根本上改变了必须依赖实物的传统装配工艺方法,实现了并行工程理念,是未来飞机数字化装配技术的发展方向,具有广泛的应用前景。
Aircraft assembly is one of the most crucial technical aspects in aircraft manufacturing.It has an extremely important impact on the quality,cost and efficiency of aircraft products.The application of MBD technology has brought aircraft assembly technology to a higher level.MBD technology is applied to the aircraft assembly process,which greatly improves the assembly efficiency,reduces the assembly rework rate,guarantees the assembly quality,shortens themanufacturing cycle and brings significant economic benefits.This paper introduces the status quo and prospects of aircraft assembly technology research and development from the aspects of MBD assembly data set management,MBDbasedaircraft assembly process planning and simulation.The digital assembly technology of aircraft based on MBD can analyze and optimize the assembly process through the assembly simulation at the stage of aircraft product design,fundamentally change the traditional assembly process method which must rely on the physical,and realize the concept of concurrent engineering.It is the development direction of future aircraft digital assembly technology,which has a wide range of applications.
