摘要
汽车设计阶段需要对其结构进行优化并验证设计的有效性。文中基于中国新车安全评价规程(GB20071-2009)标准对某汽车厂已量产车型B柱进行正交试验分析,采用Workbench软件进行材料设置、网格划分、接触设置、给定速度等工作。将得出的K文件导入LS-DYNA进行计算,以B柱侵入量和侵入速度为目标对其进行优化,并将最优化方案结果与原始结果对比。其结果表明:侵入量、侵入速度得以减少,达到预期目标。
In the automotive design phase,its structure needs to be optimized and its effectiveness verified.Based on the standard of China New Vehicle Safety Assessment(GB20071-2009),the B-column of an automobile plant is tested byorthogonal test.Workbench software is used to set the material,mesh,contact setting and given speed.The resulting K-files are imported into LS-DYNA for calculation,which is optimized for B-column invasion and invasion rate,and theresults of the optimization scheme are compared with the original ones.The results show that the intrusion rate and invasion rate can be reduced to achieve the expected goal.
