摘要 为了测试和研究管壳式换热器的性能,在现有的设计标准和规范要求下,结合传热学的测试原理和方法以及虚拟仪器技术,设计了一套管壳式换热器性能测试平台,介绍了测试平台的硬件系统和软件系统。利用PCI数据采集卡将各传感器测量的数据集中采集并实时传入计算机,计算机的开发环境采用LabVIEW软件,对数据参数进行处理并实时监控。该测试平台能够对管壳式换热器性能进行实时准确的测量,提高测试的效率,为进一步研究其性能提供强有力的实验支撑。 In order to test and study the performance of the tube and shell heat exchanger under the existed design standards and specification requirements,this paper designs a casing heat exchanger performance test platform based on heat transfer test principle and method and the virtual instrument technology.The test platform of hardware design and software design are introduced.PCI data acquisition card will collect the measured data of each sensor acquisition and input them into PC in real time.LabVIEW software is used to process and monitor these data parameters in real-time.Accurate real-time measurement of tube and shell heat exchanger performance is realized,and the test efficiency is improved.The test platform provides the powerful experimental support for further study on its performance.
