摘要
在机械故障模拟平台综合模拟平台上对油膜失稳故障发生的过程进行实验,分析VibraQuest振动分析系统采集的伯德图、瀑布图和极坐标图,发现在转子升速过程中系统的油膜失稳故障会经历工频涡动阶段、工频涡动与油膜涡动并存阶段、油膜振荡阶段3个阶段。分析了偏心量对油膜失稳过程的影响,实验分析的结果对转子轴承系统状态的诊断有重要的意义。
The process of oil film instability failure is experimented on the machinery fault simulator MAGNUM.The Bode diagram,amplitude Spectrum and polar plot collected by VibraQuest vibration analysis system are analyzed.It is found that the oil film lift system in the steady fault during the process of rotor speedup will experience three stages:the frequency of whirl stage;the frequency of whirl and oil whirl coexist phase;the frequency of oil whip stage.The influence of eccentricity on the process of oil film instability is analyzed.The results of experimental analysis are of great significance to the diagnosis of rotor bearing system.
