摘要
螺杆泵地面驱动装置是螺杆泵采油系统的动力输入装置。受多种因素影响,驱动装置防反转失控时有发生,对油田安全生产造成隐患。为提高驱动装置防反转检测水平,模拟现场实际工况,设计了驱动装置防反转性能检测系统。整个测试系统由防反转测试系统、液压测试系统、转矩测试系统、测试台架和测控系统五部分组成。该系统可满足驱动装置各项基本性能指标测试需要,同时进行驱动装置防反转性能模拟测试,它的成功研制为防反转系统结构后续优化设计提供准确可靠的参考依据。
The screw pump ground driving device is the power input device of the screw pump oil production system.Affected by a variety of factors,reverse drive sometimes occurs,which may cause potential safety problems in the oil field.In order to improve the anti-reversing detection ability of the driving device and simulate the actual working conditions in the field,the anti-reversal performance testing system of the driving device is designed.The entire testsystem consists of anti-reverse test system,hydraulic test system,torque test system,test bench and measurement and control system.The system can meet the basic performance testing requirements of the drive device,anti-reversing performance of the drive can be simulated.This successful development provides an accurate and reliable reference for the structural optimization design of anti-reverse system.
