摘要
以一种单轴伸缩式反力臂拧紧机为研究对象,设计了一种新型气动平衡回路。该平衡回路不仅可以通过电控实现反力臂拧紧机的伸缩,也可以由人工直接手动提升或下拉操作手柄实现反力臂拧紧机的伸缩。该气动平衡回路相比传统控制回路具有弹性浮动、断气、断电保护功能。在自动化装配领域上得到了广泛的应用。
In this paper,a new type of pneumatic balance circuit is designed for a single uniaxial telescopic reaction arm tightening machine.The balance circuit not only can achieve the rotation of the arm arm tightening machine using the electronic control,but also can be manually lift or pull down the operating handle to achieve the rotation of the arm tightening.Compared with the traditional pneumatic balance circuit,it has the characteristics of flexible floating,disconnecting,power failure protection.It has been widely used in the field of automated assembly.
