摘要 目的:探讨早期对医学生开设医患沟通能力课程并与实践相结合的培养模式,以提高医学生沟通技能,减少临床医疗纠纷。方法:选取山西医科大学第二医院2015年2月—2017年2月五年制本科临床实习生120人,分成观察组和对照组两组,每组60人,其中观察组开设《医学生临床沟通课程》,所有实习生进入临床后亲自管理患者,通过医患沟通技能评价表(SEGUE)以及上级医师、护士及患者满意度问卷调查方式,对教学效果进行评估。结果:经过培训的医学生临床沟通技能更高,患者满意度更高。结论:通过对医学生尽早采取教学与实践相结合增强沟通能力的方法,早期提高医学生管理患者的能力,能够为今后减少医患纠纷奠定良好基础。 Objective:To explore the early for medical students to take courses in doctor-patient communication skills and training mode of combining the practice.To improve medical students′communication skills and reduce the clinical medical disputes.Methods:In the second hospital of shanxi medical university in February2015to February2017five-year under-graduate clinical interns,120people.Divided into two groups.The60medical students were《medical students clinical communication course》.Of all the interns are in clinical management of the patient.By the SEGUE scale Frame-work and the superior doctors,nurses and patients satisfaction to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:After training of medical students clinical communication skills are higher.Patient satisfaction is higher.Conclusion:Through to the medical students take a combination of teaching and practice to enhance communication skills as soon as possible.It shows that early improve medical students′management ability of the patient can build a good foundation for the future to reduce medical disputes.
