儿童呼吸道感染中肺炎支原体感染情况及表现

Mycoplasma pneumonia infection and its clinical performance in children with respiratory tract infections

目的:观察长治市妇幼保健院1年内因呼吸道感染住院患儿中肺炎支原体感染的情况及表现。方法:对2015年1月1日—2015年12月31日住院的呼吸道疾病患儿进行肺炎支原体抗体(MP)的检测。结果 :共收集2 575份标本,MP抗体阳性者371例,检出率14.41%。其中春季检出率为11.45%,夏季为14.80%,秋季为16.16%,冬季为15.47%;年龄3个月~1岁者3.20%,>1岁且<3岁者13.14%,3~6岁者20.48%,>6岁者55.76%;支气管肺炎292例,支气管炎45例,上呼吸道感染16例,支气管哮喘18例。结论:MP感染秋冬季高发,6岁以上儿童检出率较高,MP感染可引起肺炎、支气管炎、上呼吸道感染,诱发支气管哮喘发作。

Objective:To observe the mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)infection and its clinical performance in hospitalized children with respiratory tract infections within one year in Changzhi city.Methods:To evaluate mycoplasma pneumoniae anti-body in hospitalized children with respiratory tract diseases during the year from January1,2015to December31,2015.Re-sults:A total of2575specimens were collected,of which371cases was MP antibody positive and the positive rate was14.41%.The detection rate was11.45%in spring,14.80%in summer,16.16%in autumn and15.47%in winter.The MP infection incidences in different age groups were3.2%(3months to1year old),13.14%(<3years old),20.48%(3~6years old),and55.76%(>6years old).Among MP antibody positive specimens,there are292cases of bronchial pneumonia,45cases of bronchitis,16cases of upper respiratory tract infection and18cases of bronchial asthma.Conclusion:MP was of high infection incidence in autumn and winter and of higher detection rate in children(over6years old).MP infection can cause pneumonia,bronchitis,upper respiratory tract infection and induce bronchial asthma attacks.
