连续性静-静脉血液滤过枸橼酸局部抗凝治疗中管路采血对血气分析的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨连续性静-静脉血液滤过枸橼酸局部抗凝治疗中管路采血对血气分析的影响。方法:选取2016年9月—2017年5月收治的50例连续性静-静脉血液滤过枸橼酸局部抗凝治疗患者,采用自身对照的方式,同时通过经血管、经血滤管路的方式采集其血标本,对比两组采血方式对患者血气分析的影响。结果:经血滤管路组与经血管组的酸碱度(p H)、碱过剩(BE)、碳酸氢根离子(HCO3-)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经血滤管路组血糖水平低于经血管组(P<0.05);经血滤管路组满意度为100.00%,经血管组为60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :连续性静-静脉血液滤过枸橼酸局部抗凝治疗中管路采血不会对患者的血气分析造成较大影响,但能提高患者满意度。 Objective:To analyze the effect of blood collection on blood gas analysis in continuous anticoagulation of citrate in continuous venous hemofiltration.Methods:Fifty patients with continuous intravenous hematocrit citrate were enrolled in this study from September20to May2017,and the patients were treated with their own control.At the same time,they were treated by blood vessels.The blood samples were collected and the effects of blood transfusion on the blood gas were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in PH,BE and HCO3-between the hemodialysis group and the vascular group(P>0.05).The blood glucose level of the hemodialysis group was lower than that of the vascular group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was100%in the group and60%in the vascular group.The satisfaction of the group was higher than that of the vascular group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous intravenous blood circulation of citric acid in the treatment of local blood coagulation treatment will not have a greater impact on blood gas analysis of patients,but also improve patient satisfaction.
