摘要 提出了一种三相逆变电路功率开关器件损耗计算的新方法.为了达到将高频电力电子电路和实时仿真算法相结合应用于嵌入式实时仿真平台的目的,针对工程应用中逆变器损耗计算的实时性和精确性要求,该方法以实际电路可采样信号为基础,利用功率开关器件器件手册提供的产品参数,通过采样平均算法计算功率开关器件损耗.将采样算法值与小仿真步长的PLECS仿真结果做对比,结果表明新算法可以较为准确的计算损耗,并进一步提出了在硬件系统性能要求下尽可能保证损耗计算的精度要求的变采样频率算法. A new method of power loss calculation for three-phase converter is proposed.In view of the real-tim e and accuracy requirements of converter loss calculation in engineering applications,the method is based on the sampled signals of the actual circuit.According to the parameters of datasheet,the loss of the device is calculated by sampling algorithm.After having compared the algorithm results with PLECS simulation results under different working conditions,the results show that the new algorithm can be used to calculate the power loss accurately.Then the sampling algorithm is optimized and the variable sampling frequency algorithm is proposed.This method can achieve the double optimization of the speed and precision requirements of the power loss calculation.
