聚变包层中磁场强度对蠕动流动及传热的影响

The effect of magnetic fields on peristaltic flow and heat transfer in fusion reactor blanket

摘要 聚变包层是可控热核聚变中的关键能量转换部件,液态金属在包层通道内的流动会受到外磁场的强烈作用,从而影响速度分布和温度场.本文通过输运方程来求解诱导磁场方程进而得到感应电流密度,在对纳维叶斯托克斯方程和能量方程求解时,考虑了洛仑兹力和焦耳热的影响.计算结果表明:当哈特曼数(Ha)为102~103量级时,数值求解得到的诱导电流分布和速度分布与已有的解析解能很好的吻合;当雷诺数Re=10时,随着磁场强度的增大通道中的对流换热量也在增大,即M型的速度剖面可以强化侧边界层的对流换热. Blanket module is a key part in magnetically confined fusion reactors.Fusion flow of liquid metal in cladding channel will be strongly affected by external magnetic field,which have dramatic impacts on velocity distribution and heat transfer characteristics.To obtain the induced current,the induced magnetic field is solved through user-defined scalar transport tequations.The incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with the Lorentz force and energy equation with joule heat was employed for solving the velocity and temperature fields.The results show that the induced current and velocity distributions match well with existing analytical solutions when Hartmann number is between102and103.The jet heat transfer in the channel is enhanced with increasing magnetic field when Reynolds number Re=10,that is,the velocity profile of the M-type can enhance the convective heat transfer of the side boundary layer.
