新时代背景下大尺度城市设计规划策略研究——以山东齐河东盟国际生态城城市设计为例

Strategy of Large-scale Urban Design in the New Era: A Case Study of Shandong Qihe ASEAN International Eco City Urban Design

在新时代背景下,新的社会形势对城市规划提出了新的任务与更高的要求,尤其对大尺度城市设计带来了新的考验。传统的缺乏战略思考的城市设计已不能适应城市建设发展的需要,部分学者已经认识到城市设计所关注的范围不能仅限于物质空间,而是应扩展到经济、社会、生态等更宏观的领域。该文以山东齐河东盟国际生态城城市设计为例,结合资源禀赋和现实条件,从空间、交通、产业、生态四个方面提出了规划引导策略。期望通过该项目的研究探讨,为今后同类型的城市设计项目提供一定的借鉴和参考。

In the background of the new era,we put forward new tasks and higher demands for urban planning in the new social situation,especially for large-scale city design.The traditional urban design without strategic thinking can no longer meet the needs of urban construction and development.Some scholars have realized that the scope of urban design can not be confined to physical space,but should be extended to economic,social and ecological fields more macro.In this paper,taking the design of Qihe ASEAN International Eco City in Shandong as an example,combined with the natural resources and the actual conditions,we put forward the planning guidance strategy from four aspects of space,transportation,industry and ecology.We hope that through the research of this project,it will provide some reference for the same type of urban design projects in the future.
