过氧乙酸法羊毛丝光工艺研究

摘要 采用过氧乙酸对羊毛进行丝光处理,并优化出丝光工艺。首先使用过氧乙酸对羊毛进行氧化处理,再使用过氧化氢酶处理,消除残留在丝光后羊毛上的过氧化氢,分别测定原毛和丝光处理后羊毛的白度、黄度及力学性能。实验结果表明:过氧乙酸质量浓度5 g/L,硫酸钠质量浓度100 g/L,pH值6,浴比1∶50,70℃处理40 min;过氧化氢酶质量浓度4 g/L,浴比1∶50,45℃处理10 min,可使羊毛纤维白度稳定在30%,黄度稳定在14%,断裂强度稳定在2.60 cN/dtex,强度保留率高于80%。 In this paper,mercerization process of wool was studied with peracetic acid and the main mercerizing process was optimized.Peracetic acid was prepared from acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide in proportion,placed for24hours before use.First use of peracetic acid for oxidation,and then used the catalase treatment,to eliminate residual wool in the mercerization of hydrogen peroxide,respectively,after the determination of raw wool and mercerized wool whiteness,yellow and mechanical properties of change.The experimental results showed that the dosage of peracetic acid was5g/L,the dosage of sodium sulfate was100g/L,the pH value was6,the bath ratio was1[DK]∶50,70℃×40min.Hydrogenase treatment:the amount of catalase was4g/L,bath ratio was1[DK]∶50,45℃×10min.The whiteness was stable at30%,the yellowness was stable at14%,the breaking strength was stabilized at2.60cN/dtex,and the strength retention rate was higher than80%.
