大学时期是个人正式步入社会的过渡时期,是大学生社会化发展非常关键的时期。大学生社会化的顺利发展有助于大学生毕业之后迅速适应社会,奉献社会。本文分析当代大学生社会化不足的原因,例如:家庭因素、学校教育、人际交往等原因,进而对症下药,分别从家庭、学校、人际、个人四个角度提出对策,从而有利于加快大学生社会化的进程,使大学生成为合格的社会主义事业接班人。

University is not only a transitional period of students’entering the social but also a very crucial period of students’socialization development.If the students’socialization development is smooth,they will quickly adapt to the society and contribute to the society.This article analyzes the causes of contemporary college students’socialization inadequate,such as:family factors,school education,interpersonal communication and so on.Then we prescribes the solutions from the four perspectives of family,school,interpersonal,personal angles,which will help to speed up the Socialization of College Students,so that the students can become qualified successors to the socialist cause.
