精准扶贫视野下大学生就业观的年级差异调查研究

A Study on the Difference of Students' Employment Outlook in the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

近年来国家大力扶持贫困地区的教育事业,提出治贫先治愚,扶贫先扶智的脱贫理念。在高等教育领域,国家免除了精准扶贫学生的学费和住宿费并且每年发放补助,帮助他们完成大学学业,但是随着近年来高校毕业生数量的逐年增加,高校毕业生的就业问题越来越突出。贫困大学生只有顺利找到工作才能使得自己家庭脱离贫困,因此贫困大学生的就业观成为了关键问题,本研究通过对600多名在校大学生发放问卷,通过对回收问卷的分析发现贫困大学生的就业观在不同年级有不用表现,本文针对所发现的问题提出相应的解决措施,以期能对贫困大学生的就业观产生一定的影响,顺利就业。

In recent years,the state has strongly supported the education cause in the poverty-stricken areas.In the field of higher education,national exempt the accurate student's tuition and accommodation for poverty alleviation and subsidies every year,help them to finish college,but as the number of college graduates increases year by year in recent years,college graduates employment problem more and more prominent.Poor college students only successfully find a job to make his family out of poverty,thus greatly has become the key problem of poor college students,this study based on more than 600 college students questionnaire,through the analysis of the recycling questionnaire found that poor college students in different grades are greatly have no performance,this article in view of the problems found in the corresponding solution measures are put forward,in order to produce certain effect for poor college students are greatly,the smooth employment.
