谈扁平化招生环境下的研究生招生新思路

随着我国国力提升,对高层次人才的需求更加急迫。如何招收到优秀生源是培养有创新能力人才的先决条件。本科生是高校研究生招生宣传面向的主要对象。针对当前招生模式,本文提出在高校之间建立多校联合、扁平化的招生模式,使高校生源招生共享;相互推荐和支持,打破高校间的壁垒,建议良好的招生环境,推动研究生招生模式改革。

With the improvement of national strength,the need for high-level talents is more urgent.How to recruit excellent students is a prerequisite for cultivating innovative talents.Undergraduate students are the main target of graduate recruitment publicity.In view of the current enrollment model,this paper proposes the establishment of multi-school joint and flat admission mode between colleges and universities,so as to make the enrollment and enrollment of colleges and universities be Shared.We recommend and support each other,break the barriers between universities,recommend a good recruiting environment,and promote the reform of graduate enrollment mode.
