重组猪表皮生长因子对仔猪糖皮质激素水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 表皮生长因子(EGF)在乳中丰富的含量及其受体在肠道的广泛分布,说明EGF与小肠黏膜的发育有直接关系.据研究,EGF主要应用于初生哺乳动物,在促进肠道发育和减轻应激对肠黏膜形态及功能的损害方面效果良好,本试验选取21日龄体重相近健康的断奶仔猪120头左右随机分3个处理组,每栏10头左右,每组4栏,A:EGF+活菌-LL组;B:EGF+灭菌-LL;C:空白组。试验期为14d,测定各组仔猪血浆中糖皮质激素水平、IGF水平和GH激素水平的变化情况.结果3组中A组仔猪血浆糖皮质激素明显下降,IGF和GH激素水平明显提高,说明EGF能降低早期断奶仔诸血浆中糖皮质激素水平.
