摘要
目前,教学质量综合评估体系存在的问题有:忽视教学内容与教学对象的差异性、教学评估系统的滞后性导致教师与学生不能及时沟通等。因此,应增加评估主体、重视教师自评,根据被评对象的差异设置评估指标,加强教学互动性,以构建合理的教学评估综合体系。
At present,the existing problems with comprehensive teaching quality evaluating systems are as following:the ignorance of the discrepancy between teaching content and teaching subjects;the lagging evaluating system which makes teachers and students fail to com municate with each other in time.Therefore,it is suggested in this paper that a feasible comprehensive teachnig evaluating system should invite more participants in evaluation,attach more importance to teachers’self-evaluation,set up evaluating index according to the differences of the subjects to be evaluated and strengthen the interactivity of teaching and learning.
