梅花针配合口服内消瘰疬丸为主治疗结节性痒疹的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Plum Blossom Needle plus Oral Administration of Xiao Luo Li Wan for Nodular Prurigo

目的观察梅花针配合口服内消瘰疬丸为主治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法将70例结节性痒疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用口服盐酸西替利嗪片配合糠酸莫米松软膏外涂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用梅花针配合口服内消瘰疬丸治疗。两组治疗8周后,观察并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为62.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论梅花针配合口服内消瘰疬丸为主治疗结节性痒疹疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle plus oral administration of Xiao Luo Li Wan in treating nodular prurigo.Method Seventy patients with nodular prurigo were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,35cases each.The control group was intervened by oral administration of Cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and external use of Mometasone furoate cream,while the treatment group was additionally treated with plum blossom needle plus orally taking Xiao Luo Li Wan.After8-week treatment,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed and compared.Result The total effective rate was91.4%in the treatment group versus62.9%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Plum blossom needle plus oral administration of Xiao Luo Li Wan can produce a significant efficacy in treating nodular prurigo.
