摘要 耳穴同体内各器官一对一联系的现象,是由于体内存在原初应激系统的缘故。原初应激系统是由细胞缝隙连接耦联通路构成的。这个通路在心血管尚未出现时,就输运着小分子物质,支持胚盘的发育。当胚胎生长发育成熟后,该通路输运物质的功能静息,仅当细胞受到伤害性刺激时,相关的通路被激活,恢复胚胎发育时期的输运物质的功能。当受伤害的细胞都修复或更新后,相关的通路又进入静息状态。原初应激系统的发现,不仅解释了耳穴同体内各器官联系的现象,为探讨"体穴"诸现象的原因开拓了新思路,还为生命科学的研究开拓了一个全新领域。 The one-to-one correspondence between auricular points and internal organs is due to the existence of primitive stress system inside human body.The primitive stress system consists of gap junction intercellular communication pathways which transport small molecules to support the development of embryo prior to the formation of cardiac vessels.When embryo is mature,this transportation function enters into a resting state and will only be triggered when cells receive nociceptive stimulations.After the injured cells are repaired or replaced,the relevant pathways will rest again.The discovery of the primitive stress system not only explains the phenomenon of the correspondence between auricular points and internal organs,opening a new way of exploring the phenomena of body acupoints,but also develops a novel field in the research of bioscience.
