右美托咪啶用于55例2型糖尿病患者麻醉的临床效果探究

Study on Clinical Effect of Dexmedetomidine in the Anesthesia of 55 Cases with Type 2 Diabetes

目的就2型糖尿病患者麻醉期间的应用右美托咪啶的临床效果予以分析探讨。方法选取该院2016年1—12月收治的55例接受全身麻醉手术的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(25例)与试验组(30例),对照组在手术麻醉期接受静脉生理盐水注射,试验组接受静脉右美托咪啶注射,对两组患者的麻醉效果进行比较。结果通过比较患者各阶段MAP和HR的数据值(注射时、插管时、手术切皮时、手术开始5 min、10 min、15 min、30 min、拔管前、拔管时、拔管后5 min和10 min)得出,试验组患者明显比对照组患者情况要好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将右美托咪啶应用于2型糖尿病患者的麻醉手术中临床疗效非常显著,不会对患者术中的各项数据值产生较大的影响,让手术顺利进行下去,临床价值较高。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia of type2diabetes.Methods55cases of type2diabetes patients with general anesthesia surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December2016were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group with25cases used the intravenous injection of normal saline during the operative anesthesia period,while the test group adopted the intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine,and the anesthesia effect was compared between the two groups.Results The MAP and HR values at various phases(at injection,at intubation,at operation incision,in5min,10min,15min,30min after surgery,before intubation,at intubation and in5min and10min after intubation)showed that the situation in the test group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia of type2diabetes is very obvious,which can not have a bigger effect on various data values,and it makes the operation conducted successfully,and the clinical value is higher.
