社区个体化护理干预在糖尿病护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Community Individual Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Diabetes

目的分析社区个体化护理干预在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年12月—2017年6月期间于该院进行治疗的糖尿病患者共108例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=54例)和对照组(n=54例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个体化护理,比较两组患者3个月后的血糖、血脂、血压的变化及对该次护理的满意情况。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、收缩压及舒张压各项指标值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区个体化护理干预可有效提高患者对糖尿病的认识,帮助患者控制血糖,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of community individual nursing intervention in nursing of diabetes.Methods108cases of diabetes patients diagnosed in our hospital from December2015to June2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups with54cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the individual nursing,and the blood glucose,blood liquid,changes of blood pressure and nursing satisfactory degree after three months were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol and triglycerides,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The community individual nursing intervention can effectively improve the cognition of diabetes,help patients control the blood glucose,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
