前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Benazepril in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿采取前列地尔联合贝那普利进行治疗的临床疗效。方法该次纳入糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者一共88例,纳入时间跨度为2014年6月—2016年6月,按随机抽样法分为两组,每组44例;观察组实施前列地尔联合贝那普利进行治疗,对照组实施常规对症方法进行治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行比较评价。结果在治疗总有效率、24 h蛋白尿指标水平方面,观察组比对照组明显更优,两组数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者,实施前列地尔联合贝那普利进行治疗具备显著疗效,值得采纳及使用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods88cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from June2014to June2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups with44cases in each,the observation group were treated with alprostadil combined with benazepril,while the control group used the routine systematic method for treatment,and the clinical treatment effect was compared and evaluated.Results The total effective rate,24h proteinuria index level in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is obvious,which is worth recommendation and application.
