联合手术治疗糖尿病患者白内障合并青光眼疗效研究

Research on Curative Effect of Combined Surgery in Treatment of Diabetes Patients with Cataract and Glaucoma

目的探讨联合手术治疗糖尿病患者白内障合并青光眼的疗效。方法选取该科2015年4月—2017年4月收治的白内障合并青光眼的糖尿病患者54例(60眼),随机分为两组各27例(30眼),观察组给予联合手术,对照组给予传统手术,比较效果。结果术后观察组视力(4.8±0.11)、眼压(14.1±1.60)mm Hg明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为11.1%,显著少于对照组29.6%(P<0.05)。结论联合手术治疗糖尿病患者白内障合并青光眼效果显著。

Objective To study the curative effect of combined surgery in treatment of diabetes patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods54cases of patients with cataract and glaucoma admitted and treated in our hospital from April2015to April2017were selected(60eyes),and randomly divided into two groups with27cases(30eyes)in each,the observation group used the combined surgery,while the control group used the traditional surgery,and the effect was compared.Results The vision and eye pressure in the observation group after surgery were respectively(4.8±0.11)and(14.1±1.60)mmHg,which were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(11.1%vs29.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined surgery in treatment of diabetes patients with cataract and glaucoma is obvious.
