整体护理在小儿糖尿病合并重症肺炎ICU中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Holistic Nursing in Children with Diabetes and Severe Pneumonia in ICU

目的探讨整体护理在糖尿病合并重症肺炎患儿ICU中的效果。方法收集2015年9月—2017年9月该院ICU收治的16例糖尿病合并重症肺炎患儿,随机分为2组各8例,观察组给予整体护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组ICU监护时间(5.1±0.7)d、平均住院时间(8.6±1.2)d,明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率为87.5%,满意度为100.0%,明显优于对照组62.5%、75.0%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并重症肺炎患儿进行ICU整体护理,可有效缩短ICU监护时间和住院时间,提高护理效果和满意度。

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing in children with diabetes and severe pneumonia in ICU.Methods16cases of children with diabetes and severe pneumonia in ICU admitted and treated in our hospital from September2015to September2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups with8cases in each,the observation group used the holistic nursing,while the control group used the routine nursing.Results The ICU monitoring time and average length of stay in the observation group were respectively(5.1±0.7)d and(8.6±1.2)d,which were obviously shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing effective rate and satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(87.5%,100.0%vs62.5%,75.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The ICU holistic nursing of children with diabetes and severe pneumonia can effectively shorten the ICU monitoring time and length of stay and improve the nursing effect and satisfactory degree.
