不同麻醉方法对妊娠期糖尿病患者围手术期的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Different Anesthesia Methods of the Patients with Di-abetes during the Perioperative Period

目的对妊娠期糖尿病患者在围手术期给予不同的麻醉方法的护理效果的分析。方法该次研究选择该院待产的74例产妇,以住院的先后顺序分为两组,研究组给予硬膜麻醉,对照组给予全身麻醉,对其不同时期的血糖变化情况和新生儿Apgar评分进行分析。结果两组产妇在T1、T2、T4、T54个时间点的血糖浓度均明显高于T0;T3时刻的血糖浓度明显低于T0、而T0时刻两组产妇对血糖浓度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是研究组T1、T4、T53个时间点的血糖浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且新生儿Apgar评分研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病对产妇的影响较大,给予硬膜外麻醉能够有效控制血糖,有效改善母婴情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of different anesthesia methods of the patients with diabetes during the perioperative period.Methods74cases of delivery women for labor in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order,the research group and the control group were respectively treated with epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia,and the changes of blood glucose and Apgar score of newborns at different periods were analyzed.Results The blood glucose concentrations of the two groups at T1,T2,T4,T5were obviously higher than that at T0,and the blood glucose concentration at T3was obviously lower than that at T0,and the difference in the blood glucose concentration at T0between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05),but the blood glucose concentrations at T1,T4,T5in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Apgar score of newborns in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The gestational diabetes has a bigger effect on the delivery women,and the epidural anesthesia can effectively control the blood glucose and effectively improve the maternal and infant conditions,which is worth clinical promotion.
