多样性护理方式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Multiple Nursing Methods in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析多样性护理方式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中的应用方法及其护理效果。方法从该院2016年9月—2017年7月期间内接收的糖尿病合并冠心病患者中,随机抽148例患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,均74例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受多样性护理。观察两组患者护理后的有效率和依从性。结果接受多样性护理的观察组患者护理后依从性和总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理方式对于糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床治疗有显著的效果,能够提高患者的康复效果,可以在医学上推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of multiple nursing methods in the nursing of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods148cases of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from September2016to July2017were selected and divided into two groups with74cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the multiple nursing and the nursing effective rate and compliance of the two groups after nursing were observed.Results The compliance and total treatment effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of multiple nursing methods in the patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease is obvious,which can improve the recovery effect,and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
