标准化糖尿病护理路径在妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇围产期中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Standardized Diabetes Nursing Path in the Delivery Women with Pregnancy Combined with Diabetes during the Perioperative Period

目的探究妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇围产期接受标准化糖尿病护理路径的应用效果。方法选取在该院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇60例,根据其住院时间的差异将孕妇分成两组。对照组孕妇接受常规护理;实验组孕妇接受标准化糖尿病护理路径进行护理。对比两组孕妇经护理干预后的血糖水平和护理满意度结果的差异。结果实验组孕妇其空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组孕妇对护理工作的总满意率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇围产期接受标准化糖尿病护理路径护理干预,可有效改善孕妇的血糖水平,提高护理满意度,效果显著。

Objective To study the application effect of standardized diabetes nursing path in the delivery women with pregnancy combined with diabetes during the perioperative period.Methods60cases of delivery women with pregnancy and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from March2015to March2017were selected and divided into two groups according to the length of stay,the control group used the routine nursing,while the experimental group used the standardized diabetes nursing path for nursing,and the blood glucose level and nursing satisfactory degree after the nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial2h blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfactory degree in the experimental group to the nursing work was96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized diabetes nursing path intervention in patients with pregnancy and diabetes during pregnancy can effectively improve the blood glucose level of pregnant women and improve the nursing satisfactory degree,and the effect is obvious.
