阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对肾间质纤维化指标的影响分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Atorvastatin and Sodium Ferulate in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Effect on the Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Indicators

目的研究阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对肾间质纤维化指标的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月该院收治的26例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,一组采用常规的降糖治疗,为常规组,另一组则使用阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠进行治疗,为实验组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果和肾间质纤维化指标的改变。结果实验组各项观察指标均优于常规组(P<0.05),实验组疗效更好,肾间质纤维化改善更为明显。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切、明显,治疗效果好,且对各项肾间质纤维化指标具有显著的改善作用,可延缓糖尿病肾病的恶化,该用药方式可在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To research the curative effect of atorvastatin and sodium ferulate in treatment of diabetic nephropathy and effect on the renal interstitial fibrosis indicators.Methods26cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from January2015to January2016were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the routine group used the routine hypoglycemic therapy,while the experimental group used the atorvastatin and sodium ferulate for treatmetn,and the treatment effect and changes of renal interstitial fibrosis indicators were compared and analyzed.Results Various observation indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05),and the curative effect in the experimental group was better,and the renal interstitial fibrosis improvement was more obvious.Conclusion The curative effect of atorvastatin and sodium ferulate in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is definite and obvious,with good treatment effect,which has an obvious improvement effect on various renal interstitial fibrosis indicators,and prolongs the deterioration of diabetic nephropathy,which can be promoted and applied in clinical treatment.
