X线下输卵管造影检查在诊断糖尿病不孕症患者中的应用探析

Analysis of Application of X-ray Hysterosalpingography in Diagnosis of Diabetic Infertility Patients

目的探讨和分析糖尿病不孕症病诊断中,选择X线下输卵管造影检查的实际应用意义。方法将该院在2016年5月—2017年4月收治的36例糖尿病不孕症患者确定为分析对象,采取软造影导管,以碘佛醇作为对比剂,进行输卵管造影检查。结果输卵管出现异常为27例,占到74.66%;输卵管出现梗阻23例,占到64.38%,其中包括完全性梗阻7例、以及不完全性的梗阻16例;输卵管走行出现异常3例,占到8.22%。结论 X线下对输卵管实施造影检查,可以为糖尿病不孕症的确诊、以及治疗提供可靠的依据,有着明显的临床效用,有必要进行大力普及。

Objective To study and analyze the practical application significance of X-ray hysterosalpingography in diagnosis of diabetic infertility patients.Methods36cases of patients with diabetic infertility treated in our hospital from May2016to April2017were selected for hysterosalpingography by the soft radiography catheter and taking the ioversol contrast agent.Results There were27cases with fallopian tube abnormalities,accounting for74.66%,23cases with obstruction of fallopian tube,accounting for64.38%,including7cases with complete obstruction,16cases with incomplete obstruction,3cases with fallopian tube walking abnormalities,accounting for8.22%.Conclusion The X-ray hysterosalpingography of fallopian tubes can provide reliable basis for the confirmation and treatment of diabetic infertility,and the effect is obvious,and it is necessary to greatly popularize it.
