甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

Observation of Insulin Glargine Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Repaglinide in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法对2016年8月—2017年6月期间在该院接受治疗的58例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,两组患者原降糖类药物均停用,给予他们适宜饮食、运动教育与指导,两组严格执行要求并保持一致。在此基础上,对照组患者采取"诺和灵30R"治疗方案,观察组患者采取"甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈"治疗方案。监控两组患者餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG),依据2 hPG、FPG血糖值对胰岛素或瑞格列奈用量进行调整。结果两组相较而言,治疗后2组2hPG、FPG、HbAlc都有所下降(P<0.05),观察组2hPG、FPG、HbAlc下降程度更为明显(P<0.05)。两组相较而言,观察组治疗前后疗效更为显著(P<0.05)。2组患者均产生了不良反应现象,对照组产生10例(34.5%)低血糖患者,观察组产生1例(3.4%)低血糖,两组相较而言,观察组不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病,降糖临床效果较显著,因此,在临床中能够大力实践、推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of insulin glargine combined with Repaglinide in treatment of type2diabetes.Methods58cases of patients with type2diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from August2016to June2017were selected as the research objects and both groups stopped the primary hypoglycemic drugs,and the patients were given proper dieting,exercise education and guidance,and both groups were consistent with each other and strictly carried out the above,the control group used the“Novolin30R”treatment plan,while the observation group used the insulin glargine combined with repaglinide,and the2hPG and FPG of the two groups were monitored,and the dosage of insulin or repaglinide was adjusted according to the2hPG and FPG blood glucose values.Results The2hPG,FPG,HbAlc after treatment of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease degrees of2hPG,FPG,HbAlc in the observation group were more obvious(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group before and after treatment was more obvious(P<0.05),both groups had adverse reactions,the difference in the incidence rate of hypoglycemia between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(10cases vs1case,34.5%vs3.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The hypoglycemic clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treatment of type2diabetes is obvious,therefore,it can be greatly promoted and applied in clinic.
