COPD合并糖尿病患者急性期的血糖控制及护理

Blood Glucose Control and Nursing of Patients with COPD Combined with Diabetes during the Acute Stage

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并糖尿病患者急性期进行血糖控制对临床效果产生的影响,并总结出相应的护理方式。方法将2015年6月—2016年8月在该院接受治疗的80例COPD合并糖尿病患者进行研究,并将其按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组。对照组(40例)采用呼吸内科的常规护理,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上,给予知识培训、饮食引导、运动指导等对方面的教育。观察并记录两组患者动脉血气和肺功能的变化,并找出有效的护理措施。结果观察组总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组(70%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗的过程中,要从饮食护理、用药指导、心理护理、血糖监测4个方面来进行护理工作。结论 COPD合并糖尿病急性期患者的治疗效果与血糖控制有密切的联系,应该在控制血糖的基础上实施有针对性的护理措施,这样才能够提升治疗的效果,提升患者对治疗的依从性,在临床中应该加以推广。

Objective To research the effect of glucose control and nursing of patients with COPD combined with diabetes during the acute stage and summarize the corresponding nursing method.Methods80cases of patients with COPD combined with diabetes treated in our hospital from June2015to August2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups with40cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing in the department of respiration medicine,while the observation group used the knowledge training,dieting guidance and exercise guidance,and the changes of arterial blood gas and lung function of the two groups were observed and recorded,and effective nursing measures were found out.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,(95%vs70%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),in the treatment course,the nursing work was conducted from the four aspects of dieting nursing,medication guidance,mental nursing and blood glucose monitoring.Conclusion The treatment effect of patients with COPD combined with diabetes during the acute stage has a close relationship with the blood glucose control effect,and we should implement the targeted nursing measures on the basis of controlling the blood glucose,only in this way can we improve the treatment effect and treatment compliance,which should be promoted in clinic.
