护理干预在减轻糖尿病小儿静脉输液疼痛中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention in Relieving the Intravenous Infusion Pains of Diabetes Children

目的探讨护理干预在减轻糖尿病小儿静脉输液疼痛中的效果。方法选取2015年8月—2017年8月该院收治的静脉输液治疗的糖尿病患儿16例,随机分为两组各8例,观察组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较患儿疼痛程度、输液依从性和满意度。结果观察组Wong-Banker评分(2.24±0.36)分、FLACC评分(2.10±0.33)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿输液依从率为87.5%、护理满意度为100.0%,明显优于对照组62.5%、75.0%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患儿静脉输液进行护理干预,可有效减轻患儿疼痛程度,提高患儿治疗依从性和护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in relieving the intravenous infusion pains of diabetes children.Methods16cases of diabetic children for intravenous infusion admitted and treated in our department from August2015to August2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups with8cases in each,the observation group used the nursing intervention,while the control group used the routine nursing,and the pains degree,infusion compliance and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The Wong-Banker score and FLACC score in the observation group were respectively(2.24±0.36)points and(2.10±0.33)points,which were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate of infusion and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,(87.5%,100.0%vs62.5%,75.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention in diabetic children in intravenous infusion can effectively relive the pains degree of children and improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfactory degree.
