探讨乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病术后皮下积液的预防措施与护理措施

Study on Preventive Measures and Nursing Measures of Postoperative Subcutaneous Effusion of Patients with Breast Cancer, Hypertension and Diabetes

目的研究分析如何预防乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者术后的皮下积液情况,对这类患者的临床护理方式开展探讨。方法根据2014年3月—2015年6月该院的乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者50例进行研究分析,对患者的血糖浓度进行检测,对照组为高于11.1 mmol/L,实验组为低于11.1 mmoL/L,对两组术后皮下积液情况进行对比分析。结果两组的皮下积液情况对比显示,积液数量和比率均差异有统计学意义,实验组的积液情况比对照组优秀,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者术后对血糖进行有效控制,使用双根引流管连接负压引流器能够让患者术后皮下积液的情况得到改善,对控制皮下积液,改善血糖水平都有非常大的帮助,临床中患者康复速度比较快,是非常优秀的护理方式和预防措施,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To research and analyze the postoperative subcutaneous effusion of patients with breast cancer,hypertension and diabetes and study the clinical nursing method.Methods50cases of patients with breast cancer,hypertension and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from March2014to June2015were selected,and the blood glucose concentration of the patients was tested,and the indicator in the control group was more than11.1mmol/L,and the indicator was less than11.1mmoL/L in the experimental group,and the postoperative subcutaneous effusion of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The comparison showed that the differences in the effusion number and ratio between the two groups were obvious,and the effusion in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion We should conduct the effective control of blood glucose of patients with breast cancer,hypertension and diabetes,and the negative pressure drainage connected by doubt-joint draft tube can improve the postoperative subcutaneous effusion and improve the blood glucose level,and the recovery rate is rapider,and it is a very excellent nursing method and prevention measure,and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
