探究应用腹膜透析治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性

Study on Clinical Curative Effect and Safety of Peritoneal Dialysis in Treatment of Final Stage Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究终末期糖尿病肾病(ESDN)采取腹膜透析治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法将2013年8月—2017年8月该院接收的ESDN患者123例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(n=61)和研究组(n=62),前者行血液透析治疗,后者行腹膜透析治疗。经统计学分析两组疗效和不良反应发生的情况。结果两组临床总疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组感染发生率高于常规组,出血发生率则低于常规组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ESDN患者采取腹膜透析治疗能够获得一定的效果,临床治疗中应当重点控制不良反应,以使患者的生存质量得到提高。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of peritoneal dialysis in treatment of final stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods123cases of ESDN patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August2013to August2017were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,he routine group with61cases were treated with hemodialysis,while the research group with62cases were treated with peritoneal dialysis,and the curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the total clinical curative effect between the two groups was not obvious,without statistical significance(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of infection in the research group was higher than that in the routine group,and the incidence rate of bleeding was lower than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The peritoneal dialysis in treatment of ESDN patients can obtain a certain effect,and we should especially control the adverse reactions to improve the survival quality of patients.
