小儿消化不良治疗中运用雷尼替丁结合多潘立酮的临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of pediatric digestive adverse treatment with ranitidine combined with domperidone

目的:对运用雷尼替丁结合多潘立酮治疗小儿消化不良的临床疗效进行探讨评价。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月本院收治的128例消化不良患儿,将这128例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组64例,对照组患儿给予口服雷尼替丁治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上辅以服用多潘立酮联合治疗,对两组患儿的治疗效果、症状改善时间以及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果:对照组治疗的总有效率为79.7%,明显低于观察组96.9%的总有效率,观察组患儿呕吐、恶心、食欲不振等症状改善时间明显优于对照组,并且观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,其差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用雷尼替丁结合多潘立酮治疗小儿消化不良,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of domperidone combined with ranitidine in treatment of infantile in-digestion.Methods:128cases of children with poor digestion from December2015to December2016in our hospital were ran-domly divided into a control group and an observation group with64cases in each group.The control group were given oral ra-nitidine treatment,and the observation group were treated with domperidone combined treatment Symptoms of the two groups of children the treatment effect,improve the time and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results:in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was79.7/^,significantly lower than the total efficiency of the observation group96.9%y ob-servation group were nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite and other symptoms improved significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<C0.05).Conclusion:using ranitidine combined with domperidone in the treatment of dyspepsia in children,can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,safe and re-liable,worthy of clinical promotion
