顺式阿曲库铵联合丙泊酚对全身麻醉手术患者应激反应和围拔管期残余肌松效应的影响

Effects of CIS atracurium combined with propofol on stress response and residual muscle relaxation during extubation in patients undergoing general anesthesia

目的:分析丙泊酚与顺式阿曲库铵联合应用于全身麻醉手术患者的临床效果。方法:选择80例本院2016年1月至2017年7月收治的全身麻醉手术患者,给予丙泊酚和芬太尼持续静脉泵注麻醉,对照组在此基础上加用罗库溴铵,研究组加用顺式阿曲库铵麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:研究组与对照组插管条件优良率分别为92.5%和72.5%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组麻醉起效时间、作用时间、肌松恢复指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组插管时、切皮时和拔管时的平均动脉压、心率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:顺式阿曲库铵与丙泊酚联合麻醉,有助于改善全身麻醉患者的插管条件,减少患者应激反应,且具有较好的围拔管期肌松效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of propofol combined with CIS atracurium in patients undergoing general an-esthesia.Methods:Select80cases in our hospital from January2016to July2017were underwent general anesthesia,the con-trol group was given continuous intravenous infusion of propofol and fentanyl anesthesia,the control group based on the use ofrocuronium,study group with cisatracurium anesthesia,compared two groups of anesthesia.Results:The excellent and goodrate of intubation in the study group and the control group were92.S%and72.respectively,with a significant difference(P<C0.05).The time of onset,the time of action and the index of recovery of muscle relaxation in the two groups were statis-tically significant(P<C0.05).There was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the twogroups at the time of intubation,skin incision and extubation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined anesthesia with atracuriumand propofol can improve the intubation condition of patients under general anesthesia,reduce the stress response and improvethe muscle relaxation during the extubation period.
