摘要
武术是中国传统体育项目,孕育着丰富的民族文化和民族精神素材,尤其是对当代大学生的人格素养教育具有很高价值和现实意义。文章通过分析武术文化内涵,来探讨武术文化在传承和教育过程中对当代大学生人格塑造的影响,从而提出在高校传承中华武术文化的具体策略,为塑造当代大学生完美的人格起到借鉴作用。
Wushu is a traditional Chinese sports program,which is pregnant with rich national culture and national spiritual material,especially for contemporary college students.Education has high value and practical significance.In this paper,through the analysis of Wushu the cultural connotation,to explore the influence of Wushu culture in the process of inheritance and education of contemporary college students on figuring personality,and then puts forward specific strategies for the inheritance of Chinese Wushu culture in colleges and universities,to be used for reference in shaping contemporary college students perfect personality.
