“武术进校园”的教师困境:基于山西省小学体育教师武术教学能力的调查 被引量:10

Teachers' Dilemma in "Wushu Entering Schools" : Based on the Investigation of Wushu Teaching Ability of Primary School P.E. Teachers in Shanxi

摘要 文章通过对山西省小学体育教师的武术教学能力进行调查研究后认为:山西省小学体育教师的武术教学能力较差,武术专项技能水平较低,武术文化修养不足;而造成体育教师的武术教学能力较差的原因主要是由于体育教师的学科背景缺乏专业的民族传统专业培养、后期也缺少武术文化与技能的培训;这就导致武术进校园遇到了教师教学能力的困境,段位制进校园的前提是段位制教材进校园。 Through the investigation and study of the Wushu teaching ability of primary school P.E.teachers in Shanxi Province,we believe that:the teaching ability of Wushu teachers in primary schools of Shanxi is poor,their Wushu special skill level is relatively lower,and their Wushu cultural accomplishment is insufficient.The reasons for these are that they lack professional national traditional sports’specialty training in their disciplinary background,and lack training of Wushu culture and skills in the later period.This leads to the predicament of the teachers’teaching ability in“Wushu entering campus”.The premise of the Rank System entering the campus is the Rank system teaching materials entering the campus.
