摘要
研究山西省护工的培训方式和就业模式,运用SWOT分析法对山西省护工培训就业计划实施的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析评价,并据此提出相应的策略建议,为高质、高效地完成10万名护工培训就业任务提供借鉴,从而切实提高护理服务质量,并帮助贫困人口脱贫致富。
The modes of the nursing worker training and employment were investigated in Shanxi Province.The strength,weakness,opportunity and challenge in the implementation of the Shanxi Province Nursing Workers Training and Employment Program were analyzed and assessed by the SWOT analysis method.Accordingly,strategies and recommendations were proposed,with an attempt to provide references for a high-quality and highly efficient training program of100,000nursing workers in Shanxi Province.This program is expected to raise the quality of nursing service and help the poor population get rid of poverty as well.
