摘要
医院开展境外研修工作是加强医院人才建设、提高医疗技术水平的重要举措。通过分析医院境外研修现状,总结开展境外研修工作的实践与做法,阐述境外研修工作对提升医疗技术水平、加强学科建设和科研能力、培养高层次人才等方面所起到的积极作用,针对境外研修过程中人员构成不平衡、工作开展方式单一和对外交流资源未合理利用等问题进行探讨,从而提出探索多形式的研修选拔渠道、建立有效的考核机制,以更加积极地做好与境外友好医院的交流工作的建议。
Overseas training for staff in general hospitals is an important measure to strengthen capacity building and improve medical service.This article elucidates the significant role of overseas staff training in upgrading medical technology,strengthening discipline construction and scientific research,and training high-level talents through analyzing the current status of overseas staff training and summarizing the practice and experience in a general hospital.To address the existing problems in the practice of overseas training,including imbalanced trainee composition,simple working modes,and unreasonable utilization of foreign exchange resources,suggestions of multiple trainee selection approaches,effective staff assessment mechanisms and active communication with overseas sister hospitals are proposed.
