蜡样芽孢杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Infantile Diarrhea Bacillus Cereus Capsule Combined with Montmorillonite Powder Treatment

目的:研讨蜡样芽胞杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年10月—2017年10月接诊的80例腹泻患儿到随机对照试验中,根据就诊序号分为单号组和双号组,每组40例,单号组采用蒙脱石散治疗,双号组在蒙脱石散治疗基础上加用蜡样芽胞杆菌胶囊,观察治疗效果。结果:双号组临床治疗有效率显著高于单号组(P<0.05),双号组大便外观正常时间、腹痛消失时间、呕吐消失时间、粪常规正常时间均短于单号组(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蜡样芽胞杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻可迅速缓解其症状,帮助患儿恢复肠道功能,提高疗效。

Objective:Clinical value of Bacillus cereus capsule combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children was analyzed.Methods:80cases of children with diarrhea in our hospital from October2016~October2017year were randomized divided into single and double group,40cases in each group,group number by the Montmorillonite powder group in the Montmorillonite powder double therapy treatment combined with Bacillus cereus capsule,and the treatment effect was observed.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the double group was significantly higher than that in the odd group(P<0.05).The time of normal appearance of the stool,the time of abdominal pain disappeared,the time of vomiting disappearance and the normal time of fecal routine in the double group were shorter than those in the odd number group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bacillus cereus capsule combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children can quickly relieve the symptoms;help children improve the curative effect of intestinal function recovery.
