臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎的护理方法及其效果

Nursing and Efficacy of Ozone Combined with Vaginal Suppository in the Treatment of Vaginitis

目的:探讨臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎的护理方法及临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年1月我院确诊的阴道炎患者102例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组51例,给予硝酸咪康唑栓阴道塞药治疗,1次/d,治疗7天为1个疗程;观察组51例,在对照组治疗基础上联合臭氧治疗,1次/d,治疗7天为1个疗程,并配合相应的护理干预。比较两组治疗效果、治愈时间,随访0.5~1年后,比较两组情况,采用生活质量测定量表简表(Quality of life,QOL)对患者生活质量进行评定。结果:观察组治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道炎患者在阴道塞药治疗基础上联合臭氧治疗的效果较好,同时配合相应的护理干预能促进患者恢复,提高患者生活质量。

To explore the nursing methods and clinical effects of ozone combined with vaginal plug in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods:102cases of vaginitis diagnosed in our hospital from January2016to-January2017were selected,and divided into2groups according to the random number table.The control group consisted of51cases was given Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories,the vaginal suppository treatment,1times a day,and lasted for7days for1course.Observation group with51cases,was given the combined ozone treatment on the basis of treatment in the control group,1times a day,and lasted for7days for1course.And cooperated with the corresponding nursing intervention,followed up for0.5~1years,the treatment effect and cure time were compared between the two groups.Quality of life(QOL)was assessed by quality of life scale(QOL).Results:The cure time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of QOL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with ozone treatment,the treatment of vaginitis patients on the basis of vaginal suppository is better.At the same time,cooperated with the corresponding nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients and improve their quality of life.
