摘要
高铝硅酸盐玻璃组成中Al_2O_3的含量一般大于10%以上,是近年来发展的一种新型玻璃,有着优良的热力学性能,尤其在硬度、韧性和抗划伤等方面表现突出,是电子信息产品的触摸屏幕和手写屏的优选保护材料。本文研究了澄清剂的种类和含量对高铝硅酸盐玻璃澄清效果的影响,定量地研究了在澄清过程中气泡熔占比、气泡直径平均尺寸、气泡个数的变化,研究分析了适合高铝硅酸盐玻璃的澄清方案。结果表明:在1 600℃熔化温度下,Na_2SO_4的澄清效果要明显优于SnO_2,当Na_2SO_4含率为2.0%时高铝硅酸盐玻璃的澄清效果最佳。
The high alumina silicate glasses with Al2〇3content more than10%has been developed as a new type of glass in recent years with excellent properties such as outstanding hardness,toughness and scratch resistance,etc.Meanw,hile,it serves as a promising protection material for touching screen and handwriting screen of electronic information products.The influence of the type and content of the refining agents on the properties of the high alumina silicate glass were investigated.The bubble fusion ratio in the process of clarification,the average size of bubble diameter,and the variation of bubble number are discussed.A reliable scheme for clarification was designed for the high aluminum silicate glasses,indicating that the melt treatment of1600℃and the content of2%Na2S〇4,are critical.
