摘要
采用Box-Behnken设计的响应曲面法对金针菇液体菌种培养条件进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,运用Design expert 8.0.6软件设计试验,选取温度、p H值和装液量3个因素进行响应曲面分析,建立金针菇液体菌种生物量的二次多项数学模型。在通过单因素试验确定接种量为10%,转速为160 r/min的条件下,分析各因素的显著性和交互作用,得出金针菇液体菌种的最佳培养条件为温度25.96℃,p H值7.29,装液量106.73 ml。
Conditions optimization of Flammulina velutipe(Fr.)Sing liquid spawn were studied using Box-Be-hnken experimental design for response surface methodology in the paper.Based on single experiment,select-ed the main three factors(temperature,pH value and vulmn)were response surface methodology analyzed with design expert8.0.6design,and two multinomial mathematical model of Flammulina velutipe liquid spawn biomass were built.Under the condition of setting the inoculation amount of10%and the speed of160r/min through single factor test,analysing significance and interaction of various factors,the results showed that the conditions optimization of Flammulina velutipe liquid spawn were temperature25.96°C,medium capacity106.73ml,pH value7.29.
