大型电子工业洁净厂房防火设计探讨

Discussion on fire protection design of large electronic industrial clean room

根据电子产品对生产环境和生产工艺的特殊要求,分析了大型电子工业洁净厂房特点和防火设计难点,提出了电子工业洁净厂房的建筑构件防火、防火分区、安全疏散、火灾中排烟排热、工艺排风、高压细水雾喷枪系统等防火设计措施,目的是在保障生产效率的同时,确保消防安全。

According to the special requirements of electronic products for the production environment and process,the characteristics and fire safety design of large clean plant of electronic industry were analyzed.And then,the measures of fire-protection of clean workshop of electronic industry were put forward in building element fire protection,fire compartment,safe escape,smoke and heat venting in fire,process exhaust,high-pressure water mist system and so on,for ensure fire safety while ensuring production efficiency.
