新生儿监护病房新生儿听力筛查的临床护理分析

Clinical nursing analysis of neonatal hearing screening in neonatal intensive care unit

目的:探讨新生儿监护病房新生儿听力筛查的临床护理要点。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年6月于本院出生并入住监护病房的324例新生儿列为观察对象,以随机分配原则将其均分为两组(162例/组),对照组新生儿听力筛查时给予一般护理,观察组新生儿听力筛查时在一般护理的基础上给予听力筛查护理;统计两组新生儿听力筛查通过率,并比较两组新生儿家属对筛查工作的满意度。结果:经统计发现,观察组新生儿听力筛查初次筛查通过率、二次复查与三次复查累计通过率均显著高于对照组同期,P<0.05;且观察组新生儿家属对筛查工作满意度为96.3%明显优于对照组新生儿家属的89.51%,P<0.05。结论:新生儿监护病房新生儿听力筛查时强化护理干预效果显著,提高了筛查通过率,确保了筛查工作的顺利完成。
