摘要
基于真实鲜活的幼儿班级教学生态活动的长期追踪观察与研究发现,幼儿的学习存在大量的"无效性"现象。为解除家长的焦虑,从根本上帮助幼儿提高学习的有效性,开展了从理论梳理到实证研究,再到理论建构以及实践检验的系列研究。经过理论与实践充分结合的研究,结果表明:(1)幼儿的学习及其方式具有独特性,一方面直接发生于游戏与日常生活之中,另一方面又以能力发展为学习结果 ;(2)幼儿学习受动机和评价两个因素影响,其中掌控动机的激发及自我评价方式的改进能有效提高幼儿学习活动的有效性。
Based on the long-term longitudinal observation and research on the ecological teaching activities of children in real life,we find that there are a lot of"inefficiencies"in children,s learning.The purpose of this study is to relieve the anxiety of parents and help children to improve their learning effectiveness fundamentally.A series of studies were conducted from theoretical analysis to empirical research and then from theoretical construction to practical testing.Through the combination of theory and practice,it showed that:(1)young children's learning suggested its uniqueness,which was reflected in the game and daily life directly and promoted the development of their capacity finally;(2)children's learning is influenced by two factors,such as motivation and self-evaluation,which can improve the effectiveness of children's learning.
